Walk in and be seen. Simple
Quality, convenient, local care is our motto with wait times less than the ER and extended hours not offered by primary care clinics.
Kittitas County's only Certified Urgent Care
We are a locally owned clinic founded and operating on the belief that we are part of the local community of Ellensburg. We believe in quality, compassionate, convenient care and strive to bring those values to you, our fellow neighbors. We also believe you shouldn't have to wait hours in the ER or days for an appointment for a minor illness or injury. We are here to serve.
Q. What are our wait times?
A. Your time is important to us and we work hard to be as efficient as possible. While wait times vary based on number and severity of patients ahead of you, we strive to keep you aware of any delays. The average time in clinic for most visits is an hour.
Q. Do we do CDL or Sports Physicals?
A. Yes, our CDL physicals are $98 and our sports physicals are $45. Please bring your glasses or contacts.
Q. Do we do X-rays?
A. Yes, we have an on-site x-ray suite and all our x-rays are reviewed by a board certified radiologist.
Q. What if I'm not feeling better?
A. We are happy to reevaluate you but we recommend you follow up with your PCP.
Q. Do we do primary care?
A. No, we only do care for episodic illnesses and injuries.
Q. What if I need a refill on my medication?
A. We do not refill medications.
Q. What is the cost of a visit?
A. The average cost of a visit is around $300 as a new patient, if you are a cash paying patient, we offer a time of service discounted rate of $100 for the basic office visit, then a 25% discount on all ancillary services (labs/x-rays/meds/procedures).
Q. Do we bill insurance?
A. As a service to you we do bill insurance and are contracted with many of the top insurance plans. Please see our page on Health Plans for more detailed information.
